This Schälchli

Is 33 and from Zurich, Switzerland. He completed a Bachelor in Gastronomic Sciences and is a big fan of UNISG. After the graduation of a two-year apprenticeship in viticulture and wine-making, gaining relevant work experience before winemaking in waiting, wine selling and the production in a smokery/butchery. He is currently working at Litwan Wein, is the brother of chocolate producer Laura Schälchli, another alumni (laflor.ch).
