Taihua Zhu

Taihua Zhu is a passionate student pursuing a Master’s degree in New Food Thinking at the University of Gastronomic Sciences. Known as the “Street Sweep,” she has extensive experience exploring street food in China, Japan, and Southeast Asia. With a background in Literature, she now focuses on food and film writing, book editing, and her project “Chinese Made Local.” Taihua aims to connect food and reduce reliance on long-distance transport. As a keen observer in food anthropology, she shares her home with a fluffy cat.
