She's an art historian and award-winning educator and holds a Masters degree in Art History from the University of Washington. Her passion for food history and Italian regional cuisine led her to the University of Gastronomic Sciences, where she earned a Master of Gastronomy in 2016. Lisa is currently based in Rome, conducting food tours and sharing her fascination with food in art history.
