Good Mood Food Club

Good Mood Food Club was founded with the aim of reaching as many people as possible through dinners, workshops, and parties. The goal is to bring people together to find out more about food, on a deeper level, by sharing food and ideas; through food education, and food exploration. The club’s founders are students at The University Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, who come from different parts of the world, and all are welcome.

Freaky Ramen

Ramen just got freaky. Think silky noodles, juicy pork belly, fermented turnips and a blast of umami, all paired with a wild natural wine from Alsace. It’s bold, it’s unexpected, it’s your new obsession. Slurp it loud.

Back in Black

What if garlic could taste like molasses, balsamic syrup, and dried figs all in one bite? Black garlic is not just aged, it is transformed. Gently heated for weeks, it unlocks deep umami flavors that surprise and delight. Think vinegar, think ice cream, think magic.

If your brain is filled with obscure food facts, historical bites, and culinary debates, welcome home.
