Dominic Van Asseldonk

He is a student in the final year of the undergraduate degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures in Pollenzo. Before Pollenzo, he was active as front-of-house staff in multiple restaurants in the Netherlands, with a focus on wine. In Pollenzo, he wrote and researched for the Ark of Taste book for the Netherlands. His main topics of interest are agriculture and ecology.
