Over the last couple of years, that is what has happened to the topic of agroecology, nowadays to be found on the covers and headlines of many books and magazines. But, what if we wanted to go one step further, applying the idea of energy - in all its forms - to a topic already on people’s minds? The Energy Issue is your answer!

We wanted to see what energy was and proceeded to collect different kinds of it, allowed all of them to circle back to the topic of agroecology, and are proud to present the result: a magazine to turn everything you thought you knew inside and out, upside and down; a collection of articles to give fresh perspectives, lovingly penned by our international and - mostly female - group of gastronomes.
